Paul Carlson

Paul Carlson is the Founder and CEO of reEarth, a Columbus-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing environmental sustainability, community resilience, and regenerative solutions for a healthier planet. A lifelong advocate for sustainable development, Paul launched reEarth in 2020 to unite businesses, governments, nonprofits, and citizens around practical strategies that restore natural systems while strengthening local communities. His work focuses on transforming environmental challenges into opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and long-term economic vitality.

With an executive career spanning more than three decades, Paul has served in CEO, COO, and President roles across multiple organizations, bringing extensive experience in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement. Beyond reEarth, he serves on the boards of organizations including Simply Living and the Resurrecting Lives Foundation, reflecting his commitment to sustainability, education, and social impact.
