Registration and Sponsorship Refund Policy

Conference Registration Refund Policy

• All refunds are subject to a $35 processing fee

• Refunds are only allowed for "Full Conference" registration. No other tickets are refundable at any time.

• All refunds exclude all fees assessed by Eventbright, Wix (or any other ticket issuer used)

• Full conference refunds may be allowed up to ninety (90) days prior to the event’s start date.

• A 50% refund may be given 60 –89 days prior to the start date.

• A 25% refund may be given 30 –59 days prior to the start date.

• No refund may be given less than thirty (30) days prior to the event’s start date unless approved for valid reason by the Conference Chair.

• All refunds must be submitted in writing using the "Contact Us" page and postmarked by the appropriate deadline.

• All approved refunds shall be disbursed at the conclusion of the conference. 

• Transfer of conference tickets to another eligible attendee is acceptable up to fifteen (15) days prior to the event’s start date. A $35 processing fee is assessed for each transfer.

• Transfer of conference tickets to another attendee will not be processed les than fifteen (15) days prior to the event’s start date.

• Documented extenuating circumstances shall be considered on a case-by-case basis.
