Lindsay Miller, J.D.

Lindsay Miller is the Founder and Principal of Connected Future Consultancy, LLC, where she helps communities, governments, and private-sector partners develop broadband and digital infrastructure strategies that expand connectivity and create long-term economic opportunity. With nearly 20 years of experience in broadband and telecommunications, Lindsay has worked across the public, private, nonprofit, and legal sectors, bringing a distinctive perspective to the intersection of technology, public policy, economic development, and public-private partnerships.

Prior to founding Connected Future Consultancy, Lindsay served as President of Lit Consulting, leading broadband engagements with communities across urban, suburban, and rural markets. Earlier in her career, she was a Partner and Vice Chair of the Government Law Group at Ice Miller, Executive Director of Connect Ohio, and Broadband Research and Planning Counsel for Connected Nation. She holds a Juris Doctor and master's degree in Public Policy and Management from The Ohio State University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. A nationally respected voice on broadband strategy and digital infrastructure, Lindsay is passionate about helping communities build the partnerships and infrastructure necessary to create more connected, competitive, and inclusive futures.
