Christine Coch

Christine Coch is CEO of Brightlands Maastricht Health Campus, where she leads an innovation ecosystem bringing together research, entrepreneurship, healthcare, government and industry to accelerate breakthroughs in health and life sciences. She was appointed CEO in June 2026 after previously serving as the campus’s Legal Director and interim CEO.

With a strong background in corporate law, intellectual property, governance and technology transfer, Christine has extensive experience helping researchers and entrepreneurs protect, license and commercialize innovations and create successful spin-out companies. She has been with the Brightlands Maastricht Health Campus since 2016 and is particularly experienced in building partnerships between universities, government and industry.

Christine brings to the ICF Global Summit a valuable perspective on how innovation ecosystems can transform research and knowledge into economic growth and societal impact—an important part of Brightlands-Limburg’s recognition as one of ICF’s Top7 Intelligent Communities of 2026.
