Ana Herrera González is an innovation and economic development leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing business digitalization and technology entrepreneurship across public- and private-sector organizations.

As Director of Business Development & Entrepreneurship at Las Rozas Innova, she leads initiatives supporting entrepreneurship, startup growth and business competitiveness in Las Rozas, Spain. Her work includes the Las Rozas Innova Hub, investment forums, GovTech initiatives and talent strategy, while connecting the city’s research, entrepreneurial and business communities to generate economic growth and employment.

Previously, Ana worked with Adigital, the Spanish Digital Economy Association, and Red.es, Spain’s public entity focused on advancing the country’s digital transformation.
