Agustin Argelich Casals

Agustín Argelich is the Founder, President, and Principal Consultant of Argelich Networks, an independent international consulting firm specializing in digital transformation, telecommunications, intelligent communities, and strategic technology advisory for governments and enterprises. Since founding the firm in 1992 following the Barcelona Olympic Games, Agustín has spent more than 35 years helping organizations design and implement innovative digital infrastructure, smart city strategies, and technology modernization initiatives that drive economic growth, operational excellence, and community prosperity.

An internationally recognized thought leader, Agustín is a Senior Fellow and longtime International Jury member of the Intelligent Community Forum (ICF), where he helps evaluate the world's leading intelligent communities. He previously served as Technology Director for the Barcelona 1992 Paralympic Games, held the rank of Lieutenant in the Spanish Air Force, and has served in leadership roles with the Society of Communications Technology Consultants (SCTC).
